Kayla Duma

Kayla Duma is a rising senior at Penn State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Human Resources. They are actively involved in several organizations, including the Sigma Kappa Theta Psi chapter, THON, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) club, where they hold leadership positions that deepen their understanding of team dynamics and interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Kayla has also gained practical experience through internships, including a role at Parker Lord, where they assist in various human resources tasks. Additionally, their work experience includes positions at Walmart and Panera Bread, where they honed their customer service and training skills.
