Nathan Ebikwo, MBA, is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in product management, workplace innovation, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a member of SHRM Labs focusing on workplace innovation and venture capital, Nathan is also the Co-Founder of a stealth startup and the Founder and CEO of New Wave Nigeria, a nonprofit aimed at alleviating poverty and enhancing education. Noteworthy prior roles include positions at Microsoft as a Product and Technical Product Manager, and impactful contributions at Amazon and Roche, where expertise in financial analysis, operations, and process improvement drove significant cost savings and efficiency gains. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, MIS, and Analytics from Purdue University and an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, along with leadership training from Harvard University.
