Pat Byrd

Pat Byrd, SHRM-SCP, is the Director of Leadership and Learning Products at SHRM, where they oversee the development and maintenance of certification exams and focus on business development for certification programs. Previously, Pat served as the Director of Organizational Development and Communications at Acosta Sales & Marketing, designing training frameworks and managing educational initiatives. They also held various roles at the Association for Talent Development, including Senior Project Manager, where they managed operational aspects of the CPLP Program. Pat earned an MA in Organizational Development and Leadership from Marymount University and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Purdue University.
