Sean Jackson

Sean Jackson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Retirement Plans Administrator at Bob's Red Mill since October 2013, overseeing retirement and benefits programs for over 800 employees and promoting employee ownership. Previously, Jackson held roles including Director of Human Resources, where strategic planning promoted safety and employee engagement, and Senior HR Generalist/Assistant Manager, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Jackson's extensive experience includes roles as Facility HR Senior Generalist/Manager at the American Red Cross, Division HR Manager at Unified Western Grocers, Corporate HR Manager at Klamath First Federal, and Corporate HR Manager at Sterling Business Forms. Education was completed at George Fox University with a B.A. in Telecommunications. Jackson is a member of SHRM and the Portland Human Resources Management Association (PHRMA).
