Seth Jepson

Seth Jepson is a junior at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, pursuing a B.S.B. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and Accounting. They are currently a Student Assistant at Carlson Executive Education, alongside their role as a Brand Ambassador for CELSIUS Holdings, Inc., where they focus on building professional relationships and brand awareness. Previously, Seth worked as a Student Teller at United Community Bank and held various positions, including Crew Member and Student Lead at Shake Smart. Additionally, they serve as the Director of Membership for SHRM at the university and have interned in Human Resources at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota.
