Steven Lindner

Steven Lindner, PhD, is an accomplished Managing Director and Organizational Psychologist at The WorkPlace Group, specializing in Talent Acquisition and HR services since 1997. As a co-founder of London Day School Franchising, LLC, since 2010, Steven has contributed to the development of a preschool enrichment academy that focuses on character education and STEAM. In addition, Steven serves as a General Partner and Fund Manager at London Growth Partners, where efforts are directed toward funding high-potential entities in the education and human resource sectors. In the role of HR Expert on the Talent Acquisition Panel for SHRM since 2018, Steven provides insights on HR talent issues and future workforce challenges. Previous advisory positions include serving as a Founding Member of the Board of Advisors for Fairleigh Dickinson University's School of Pharmacy and as a Strategic Consultant to the university's president and board on long-term planning. Steven holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
