Tom Kane

Tom Kane is the Director of Enterprise Solutions at SHRM, where they have been instrumental since 2017 in nurturing senior HR relationships and identifying solutions to enhance global human capital management. Their role encompasses designing growth initiatives, managing SHRM's product portfolio, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Prior to joining SHRM, Tom held various marketing positions at Automatic Data Processing, LLC, leading campaigns that supported B2B objectives. Currently, Tom is pursuing a BA in Political Science and Government at the University of Richmond.
