Darren Merrill

Darren Merrill has extensive experience in Highways Management, Highways Asset Management, and Information Systems. Darren currently holds the title of Director at Endale Consulting and previously worked as a Highway Asset Manager at Shropshire Council and a Senior Researcher at TRL. Darren earned a PhD in Civil Engineering from Swansea University.
