With experience in various roles such as Security Officer, Constable, Deputy Sheriff, and Ex Captain of the Elmsford Fire Department, Carlos also has a history of coaching football and serving in the United States Marine Corps. Carlos (Tito) holds degrees in Theory and Techniques of Sports and continues to further their education.
