Leyla Arakelyan

Leyla Arakelyan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture and Personal Assistant to the CEO at Shtigen since May 2020, Leyla previously held the positions of Marketing Director and Store Manager at Mavi from November 2015 to September 2019. Leyla's career began at Zangak Publishing House, where Leyla worked as a Program Manager from May 2007 to November 2015. Academically, Leyla holds a Master's degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis from Yerevan State University, completed between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Philology from the same institution, earned from 2003 to 2007.
