Pooja Kalra has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Chief Manager at Shubham Housing Development Finance Company since January 2018, following a progression through several managerial roles. Prior to this, Pooja held the position of Team Lead - Mortgages at IndiaLends, where responsibilities included strategic consulting and portfolio management for high-net-worth clients. Pooja's career began at Citibank women's banking and includes significant roles at Axis Bank and Advantage Credit, demonstrating a strong background in operations and credit management.
