Lindsey Davis

Lindsey Davis has extensive experience in the service industry, holding various positions in bartending and management since 2015. Currently, Lindsey serves as a Bartender and Bar Manager at Shuckin' Shack Restaurant Franchise since October 2017, following a role as a Bartender at Break Time Billiards from July 2018 to July 2019. Previous roles include Lead Server at Carolina Ale House and Bartender at Texas Star Steakhouse & Saloon. Additionally, Lindsey has experience in sales as a Sales Consultant for Magnabilities and has worked as a Habilitation Technician and in various capacities at Wesley Shelter Inc. and the Department of Public Social Services. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Barton College and two associate degrees in Human Services and Arts from Edgecombe Community College and Wilson Community College, respectively.

Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar

When the Shuckin'​ Shack opened their first oyster bar in Carolina Beach, North Carolina over a decade ago, the goals were simple; create a cozy, fresh seafood restaurant that consistently delivers steamed or raw oysters within a fun, sports pub environment. We create an warm "locals"​ experience with an emphasis on great food, craft beers and specialty drinks at a really good price. When opening our second location in Downtown Wilmington North Carolina we learned to develop the operations and training systems needed to replicate our success. With 17 restaurants operating in five states, we've documented our training and support systems and we continue to evolve them almost every day.
