Jim Washburn is a seasoned construction attorney with extensive experience as a partner at multiple law firms. Currently, Jim serves as a partner at Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, P.A. since 2014, following a decade-long partnership at Pohl & Short, P.A. from 2005 to 2014, and an eight-year tenure at Kirwin Norris, P.A. from 1997 to 2005. Jim holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, obtained between 1995 and 1997, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida, completed from 1990 to 1993.
