Prior to that, John was an Associate at Godbold, Downing & Bill from November 2002 to January 2010, specializing in transactional work in real estate development, and at Moran & Shams from March 2001 to November 2002, focusing on workers compensation insurance defense. John earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Florida from 1998 to 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same institution from 1992 to 1996.
