Tania Tahhan has a diverse range of work experience. Tania started their career as a Volunteer at the Syrian Society for Social Development in 2013 before becoming an Administrative Assistant in 2014. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Gender and GBV Trainer. During this time, they also held various roles at the Syrian Society for Social Development, including Administrative Coordinator and Business Development Manager. In 2019, Tania became an Associate Founder & Trainer at the Piano Project. In 2021, they worked as a Researcher at Religioscope, conducting research on Christian communities affected by the war in Aleppo city.
