Leonard Waweru N.

Leonard Waweru N. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and data analytics. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Knowledge & Learning and Senior Research Programme Manager at Shujaaz Inc since November 2024, Leonard leads the design and execution of strategic programmes while fostering stakeholder relationships. As a Research & Data Analytics Consultant since May 2015, Leonard has established research systems for organizations focused on women’s empowerment across various Kenyan counties. Previous roles include Research Manager at Busara from January 2023 to October 2024, and Research Associate at Precision Development from November 2020 to December 2022, where Leonard managed large-scale projects and designed surveys tailored to client needs. Leonard began his career as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Assistant at Amref-Kenya. Leonard holds an MSc in Data Science from the University of East London and a BSc in Statistics from the University of Nairobi.
