Nick Kostka

Nick Kostka is an experienced Environmental Engineer currently working at Shultz Steel Co since January 2022. Prior to this, Nick served as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist at J. G. Boswell Company, where responsibilities included managing compliance submittals and inspections, as well as collaborating on safety initiatives. Nick has also held positions such as Vehicle Administrator at Hyundai Motor America, overseeing a fleet of test vehicles, and Operations Associate at Applied Medical, where process improvements significantly increased production throughput. With educational qualifications that include an MBA in Operations Management from Chapman University and a BS in Chemistry from UC San Diego, Nick has a solid foundation in both technical and management skills.
