Steve Thomas

Steve Thomas, CBO is currently serving as the Colorado Regional Manager and Director of Education at Shums Coda Associates. With a strong background in building codes and standards, Steve has held various leadership positions in organizations such as the International Association of Building Officials and the International Code Council. Steve also previously served as the President of Colorado Code Consulting, LLC and worked as a Building Official and Community Development Director for the City of Glendale, CO. Steve holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has completed coursework towards an AS degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician at Red Rocks Community College.
