Cynthia Hamburger

Cynthia Hamburger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management, operations, and strategy across the non-profit and commercial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Advisor and COO/CIO at Learning Ally, Cynthia leads account management, community engagement, technology initiatives, and volunteer efforts, focusing on innovative products for students with print disabilities. As the Founder of The Bach Group, LLC, Cynthia provides management consulting and industry advice, drawing from a successful background as a Fortune 500 global CIO. Previous roles include COO/CIO for Zweena, LLC, where Cynthia contributed to healthcare technology startups, and leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet and Computer Sciences Corporation, among others. Cynthia holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island.
