Nathan Kurtz

Nathan Kurtz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client experience management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Client Experience at The Baldwin Group since December 2021, Nathan previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Brush Creek Partners and its tech division, bcp tech, from August 2018 to December 2021. Nathan’s roles have included senior positions at the Kauffman Foundation, where responsibilities included managing a multi-million dollar grant portfolio, and as Director for the National Lawyer Review, focusing on client loyalty for law firms. Additionally, Nathan has served as President and COO at KR Legal Management and held various management positions in other organizations. An alumnus of Claremont McKenna College, Nathan holds a BA in Economics.
