Tiffani Hutton

Tiffani Hutton, LMSW, serves as a Senior Operations Associate at Dalberg, where the focus lies on integrating strategy consulting and social impact initiatives to tackle complex challenges in society. Hutton also manages the Justice, Equity, and Economic Mobility (JEM) practice to enhance equity across various sectors in the United States. In addition, Hutton is the CEO and Founder of LUHU Virtual, a platform that connects nonprofits with executive assistants prioritizing diversity and inclusion. Hutton holds roles such as Director of Operations at Shur, where the aim is to advance economic freedom, and Data, Research, and Evaluation Consultant for the Youth Advisory Panel at BUILD, empowering youth in under-resourced communities.
