Amy Banh

Amy Banh is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT service delivery and support. Currently serving as Sr. Regional Manager IT at Shure Incorporated since January 2019, Banh ensures high levels of internal customer satisfaction by overseeing IT desktop support and implementing new technical solutions. Prior to this role, Banh worked at Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP USA) as IT Service Area Manager, where responsibilities included planning client support services and managing service continuity, capacity, and IT security. Banh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Adrian College.
