Eric V. Baum

Eric V. Baum, CPIM has a diverse work experience in planning and operations roles. Eric V. started their career as an intern engineer at Thilmany, LLC in 2006, where they worked in pulp and recovery. The following year, they interned at Pierce Manufacturing, focusing on new product development. In 2008, they interned as a project engineer at Archer Daniels Midland Company. In 2009, they joined Pfizer as an intern engineer, specializing in energy, maintenance, and utilities. In 2010, Eric returned to Shure Incorporated as a demand planning intern. Over the years, they held various roles at Shure Incorporated, including demand planner II, senior demand planner and subject matter expert, manager of global demand planning, senior manager of sales and operations planning (S&OP) and demand planning, associate director of S&OP and demand planning, and their most recent role as director of S&OP and demand planning. Eric V.'sextensive experience in demand planning and operations demonstrates their expertise in the field.

Eric V. Baum, CPIM, holds an MBA in Operations & Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Eric V. also has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, earned from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Eric has obtained several certifications including Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS - The Association for Operations Management in 2014, First Aid & CPR from the American Heart Association in July 2013, and Business, Environment, and Social Responsibility Certificate and Entrepreneurship Certificate from the University of Wisconsin School of Business in 2011.
