Jiang Chang

Jiang Chang is a highly experienced engineer specializing in FPGA and integrated circuit design, currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Shure Incorporated since February 2019. Prior to this role, Jiang worked at Nokia, where contributions included developing LTE eNodeB CAT-M features and system-level simulators for LTE and Wi-Fi coexistence. At Broadcom, Jiang focused on multi-mode modem firmware, notably designing inter-RAT features for LTE. Earlier experience includes a system engineer internship at InterDigital Communications, algorithm development at Hisilicon, and research roles at NEC Laboratories China and Harbin Institute of Technology. Jiang holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from New York University, along with MS and BS degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology.
