Kathleen Nieder

Kathleen Nieder has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Kathleen currently holds the role of Associate VP, Human Resources at Shure Incorporated, a position they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at the same company, starting in July 2016. Kathleen has also held various positions at Shure Incorporated, including Director of HR & Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager of HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Before joining Shure Incorporated, Kathleen worked as the Recruiting and Retention Manager at ACCO Brands from 2003 to 2006. Kathleen also served as the Director of Recruiting at Spirian Technologies Inc from 2000 to 2003 and as the Recruiting Manager - Western Region at Dell Professional Services from 2000 to 2001. Kathleen started their career as the Human Resources Manager at Gooitech from 1998 to 2000 and as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Aerotek from 1997 to 1998.

Kathleen Nieder holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kathleen has also obtained a PHR certification.
