Manuel Andrade

Manuel Andrade is a seasoned Information Technology professional with extensive experience in managing IT projects and teams. Currently serving as the Regional Information Technology Manager at Shure Incorporated since March 2020, Manuel directs global technical projects that enhance business applications and technology processes, while collaborating closely with senior IT leadership to optimize customer satisfaction and improve service level agreements. Previously, Manuel held the position of Information Management Sr. at Conduent, providing Tier 2 support for significant client operations and fostering team cohesion among IT engineers across multiple locations. With earlier experience as an IT Administrator/Business Analyst at ESEI and as an IT Infrastructure Engineer at HP, Manuel has developed a robust skill set in customer-focused IT support, vendor management, and project implementation. Manuel earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez from 2009 to 2012.
