Mark Sydorenko is an experienced engineering leader in digital signal processing (DSP) with a robust background in developing and managing innovative technologies. Currently serving as Sr. DSP Engineering Manager at Shure Incorporated since 2022, Sydorenko previously held the position of Manager of DSP Engineering at Bose Corporation from 2015 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading interdisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development cycle. Prior to that, Sydorenko was the Managing Director at NEM Technologies, focusing on enterprise systems for music content delivery and patented audio codecs. As the founder and CEO/CTO of BrainMedia from 1999 to 2008, Sydorenko spearheaded an innovation-driven company in the wireless multimedia sector. Early career experience includes contributions as a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Labs, where significant work on psychoacoustic models influenced audio compression technologies. Sydorenko holds a PhD in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a BA from Northwestern University in the Integrated Science Program.
