Mike Hader

Mike Hader has over 30 years of work experience in software development and engineering. Mike is currently the Vice President, Global Software at Shure Incorporated since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Vice President, Software Development at the same company from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Shure Incorporated, Hader held leadership positions in various companies such as Continental, Zebra Technologies, Motorola Solutions, and HERE, a Nokia business. Mike has extensive experience in managing global engineering teams, software development, integration, validation, and commercialization for a range of technologies including infotainment, connectivity, and modem software platforms. Hader also has a background in defense software development, having worked at Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Missiles and Space.

Mike Hader obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. In addition, they hold certifications such as Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, obtained in November 2020, and SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist, obtained in September 2017.
