Tom Doran

Tom Doran has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of credit and collections. Tom has held several leadership positions in various companies. Tom started their career at FMC as an International Credit Manager and remained with the company for eight years. In 2002, they joined Teleflex Aerospace Group as a Manager of Credit & Collections. After three years, they moved on to Broder Bros., Co. as a Director of Credit & Collections. In 2009, they joined Bentley Systems as the Director of Global Credit & Collections and served for seven years. Recently, in 2017, Tom joined Shure Incorporated and held positions as Director of Global Credit Services, Senior Director of Global Credit Svcs. & Treasury, and currently serves as the Associate VP of Credit & Treasury.

Tom Doran received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from the University of Dayton, which they completed from 1981 to 1985. Tom later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance at Saint Joseph's University from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Tom has obtained certifications in Managing Organizational Change for Managers, Being a Good Mentee, and Being a Good Mentor from LinkedIn in 2020.
