Jim Berg is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in both construction and financial services. Currently serving as CFO of ShureLine Construction since March 2006, Jim oversees all financial activities and also holds the role of COO for Mechanical operations, focusing on customer acquisition, project execution, and operational safety. Prior experience includes key positions at MBNA America from 2004 to 2006, leading business process reengineering efforts, and a decade at MBNA from 1994 to 2004, managing technology capital spending analysis. Jim holds an MBA from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware and a BA in Business Administration/Economics from the University of St. Thomas.

Unique to other electrical contractors, ShureLine Electrical encompasses full service capabilities including Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Service expertise. Partnership with ShureLine Construction also accredits them with a division to include steel fabrication and erection, as well as an industrial pipe division which installs and fabricates process pipe.
