Dave Neff has over 37 years of experience in operations management, with a significant tenure at Shurtape Technologies, LLC, where roles have included Sr Manager of Operations Integration and Analysis, Director of US Manufacturing Operations, and Plant Manager. Responsibilities have encompassed overall management of production facilities, focusing on safety, quality, and production efficiency, as well as the implementation of lean manufacturing concepts adopted company-wide.
