Sharon Strickland

Sharon Strickland has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on talent development, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Sharon currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Shurtape Technologies, LLC, where they work closely with senior leadership to align business objectives with employees and management. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner II at Shurtape Technologies and as a Human Resources Manager at Kooks Headers and Exhaust. Sharon has also held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at CURO Health Services, an HR Business Partner at PlayPower, Inc., and an HR Generalist at GreenWorks Tools. Sharon's HR career began at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they held positions as an HR Director and an Area HR Manager, overseeing strategic talent pipeline implementation and engagement improvement across multiple locations.

Sharon Strickland pursued their education at Strayer University from 2015 to 2017, where they focused on Business Administration and Human Resources. Prior to that, they attended Marshall University from 1991 to 1996, specializing in Secondary Education and Teaching. In addition to their formal education, they also possess a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
