Amir Hayek

Amir Hayek is an accomplished iOS Tech Lead with extensive experience in mobile development and teaching. Currently serving as an EMT volunteer at United Hatzalah of Israel since September 2016, Amir has also held significant roles at Shutterfly since April 2018, progressing from Senior iOS Developer to iOS Tech Lead. Prior to that, Amir contributed to various companies, including serving as a Lecturer in iOS development at John Bryce and as a Mobile Developer at TRACXPOiNT and Toluna. Notably, Amir co-founded GetSlide, where responsibilities included backend design and mobile client development. Other roles encompass Lead Game Designer at YousefTheFish and Research and Development Team Manager at Augmented Reality Lab. Amir began the career as a mobile software developer at YIT and developed location-aware applications at ELIPSE AD. Amir holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Haifa.
