Lisa Becker

Lisa Becker is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in recruiting across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Shutterfly since May 2022, Lisa oversees talent efforts for multiple divisions including Lifetouch Photography Field Recruiting and Technical Recruiting. Lisa's career at Microsoft spanned from 1998 to January 2016, where responsibilities included managing global talent acquisition strategies and supporting the recruitment of top technical professionals.
