During an impactful 16-year tenure at Thomson Reuters, Steven held various leadership positions, including Director of Business Operations & Strategy and Director of Business Analysis within the Tax & Accounting Technology sector, where responsibilities encompassed substantial budget management and the introduction of agile methodologies. Steven's career also includes roles in clinical systems training and data analysis at North Tyneside Primary Care Trust, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Northumbria University.
