Andi Ricciardi

Andi Ricciardi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success and sales. Currently serving as VP of Customer at Shuttlerock since November 2020, Andi has held various roles within the company, including Director of Customer Success and Client Solutions Team Lead. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at House of Blues Entertainment from May 2013 to November 2020, where roles ranged from Sales Manager at House of Blues Chicago to Sales Coordinator. Earlier work experience includes roles as a Sales Executive at Marcus Evans and as a Banquet Server at Sheraton Hotel/Hotel Vetro. Andi began formal education at the University of Iowa, graduating in 2012.
