Aderonke Olubowale

Aderonke Olubowale has a strong background in operations and customer service. Aderonke currently holds the role of Head of Operations at Shuttlers, where they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Marula Ventures from February 2021 to September 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Aderonke worked at MAX.NG, where they held several roles. Aderonke started as the Customer Service Lead, where they developed a shift system for the call center and resolved customer issues. Aderonke then became the Head of Productivity, where they developed processes and policies for driver onboarding, training, and performance. Additionally, they created the MAX Champion rule book to address driver infractions. Aderonke also served as the Driver Operations and Special Projects Manager, handling business development, performance operations, project management, and budgeting.

Prior to MAX.NG, Aderonke worked at Bridge International Academies as a Customer Relations and Operations Management professional. Aderonke'sresponsibilities included managing communication between the business and customers, designing operating tool trackers, and preparing reports on operational spending.

Aderonke also has experience in customer relations from their time at Portland Paints and Products. There, they handled incoming calls, provided information to customers, completed transactions, and forwarded calls to salespersons.

Aderonke Olubowale obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Political Science from Lagos State University between 2005 and 2011. In 2011-2012, they pursued further education at the Nigerian Institute of Management, where they attained the status of Graduate Fellow in Management. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in "Introduction to Operations Management and Forecasting" from Alison - Free Online Learning in June 2021, and in "Managing Virtual Teams" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
