Virginie Gauthier-Pavloff

Virginie Gauthier-Pavloff has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Their most recent position was at SHV Energy, where they served as the Head of Procurement, Real Estate & Workplace for France. In this role, they successfully reduced the headquarter rental cost by 60% and managed the relocation of the France headquarters. Prior to that, they held the position of Procurement Director at SHV Energy, where they also served as the International Project Lead for Logistics.

Before joining SHV Energy, Virginie worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb for a significant period of time. Virginie held various positions within the company, including Global Procurement Associate Director for Corporate Goods & Services in Europe, Global Procurement Manager for Corporate Functions in France & EMEA HQ, and Global Procurement Manager for Marketing Services in EMEA HQ. During their time at Bristol-Myers Squibb, they achieved significant cost savings and successfully managed and developed teams.

Virginie also has experience working at UPSA Pain Institute, where they led the production and promotion of scientific information about pain and managed both in-house and external relationships.

Earlier in their career, they worked in finance at Bristol-Myers Squibb and was responsible for managing an industrial contract with the Ukrainian Ministry of Health.

Virginie Gauthier-Pavloff obtained an Executive Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from CentraleSupélec Executive Education in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in International Business, Finance & Legal from ESCE International Business School between 1989 and 1993.
