Firdous Afreen

Firdous Afreen has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Firdous started their career as a Technical Support Associate at Wipro Technologies in 2008. Firdous then worked as a Consultant-HR at Team Work Consulting Group from 2010 to 2012, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes and client relationships. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Senior HR Consultant at FirstCall HResources, where they were responsible for client handling and managing the recruitment process. Firdous joined Shyam Indus Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2013 as an Assistant Manager-HR, where they took care of various HR activities such as recruitment, training, employee relations, and policy planning. In 2018, they became the Human Resources Manager at Sandor Group of Companies, where they continued to oversee HR functions. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Manager at Hamstech Institute of Fashion and Interior Design. Currently, Firdous Afreen holds the position of Human Resources Lead at Shyam Indus Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Firdous Afreen completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in HR and Marketing from Centre for I.T. Education from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Graduation in Sociology and Economics from B.J.B. Autonomous College from 2005 to 2008. Their earliest education was at Venkateswar English Medium where they completed their I.C.S.E degree between 1993 and 2003.
