Michael Dinkins

Michael Dinkins is the current Director at Shyft Group. Prior to this, they were with Community Health Systems, National Council on Compensation Insurance, and Integer Holdings Corporation where they held the title of EVP & CFO. In this role, they were responsible for Controller, Treasury, Tax, Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations, Pension Investments, and Information Technology. Michael also played a key role in Strategic Planning which concluded the spinoff of Nuvectra (NASDAQ:NVTR), and the $1.7B financing for the acquisition of Lake Region.

Dinkins is also a Member Board of Directors at Taylor Electric Company.

Michael Dinkins has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Michigan State University. Michael also has their CMA and CPA certifications.
