Michael Pilon

Michael Pilon, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael is currently the Director of IT Program and Vendor Management at The Shyft Group since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Visteon for a significant period, starting from 1999. At Visteon, they held various roles including IT Application Project Manager, Interior Program Manager, Front End Module and Console Program Manager, Climate Control Program Manager, Controls Business Planner, Lead System Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. Michael also worked as a Program Manager at Visteon Automotive Systems from an unspecified date in 2004 to April 2006. Before joining Visteon, they had a tenure at Ford Motor Company where they served as a Maintenance Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Injection Mold and Assembly, Sub-system Design Engineer, and Compressor Design Engineer. Additionally, they gained early experience as a Product Engineer at Federal Mogul while attending the University of Detroit.

Michael Pilon, PMP completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy in the years 1990 to 1994. Michael later pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Quality and Manufacturing Operation Management from Madonna University during the years 1997 to 2000.
