Kelly Hendricks

Kelly Hendricks is currently the Product Owner at Shyft Solutions. Prior to that, they served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years. Her most recent role in the Air Force was as Superintendent, where they were responsible for the career development of all enlisted personnel. Kelly was also the senior enlisted advisor to the Commander. Prior to that, they were the Airman Leadership School Training Manager, where they were charged with keeping the school's accreditation with the Community College of the Air Force intact. Kelly was also responsible for all training of instructor staff and curriculum development. Kelly Hendricks is a highly decorated Air Force veteran, and their experience in leadership and management is an asset to their current company.

Kelly Hendricks has a Master of Science from Bellevue University in Business, Organizational Performance. They also have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bellevue University. Additionally, they have an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Instructor of Technology and Military Science from Community College of the Air Force as well as an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Meteorology from Community College of the Air Force. They also have certification from Community College of the Air Force in Professional Manager Certification, United States Air Force in Master Resilience Trainer, Community College of the Air Force in CCAF Instructor Certifcation, Level III, and Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

They work with Cathy Ludwig - Co-Founder & COO, Justin Worrell - Co-Founder & CTO, and Haley Penne - Director, Talent Resources. Their manager is Eric Reichwaldt, Co-Founder & CEO.
