Hélène Lebbe

Hélène Lebbe is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, business development, and management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Customer Experience Lead at Shyfter.co since September 2022, Hélène previously played a key role as the right arm to the CEO at Wooclap, where responsibilities included human resources and sales management from January 2020 to May 2022. Prior experience includes business development and account management at OneHouseStand, account executive roles at AIR Brussels, and project management at Grey - Benelux. Hélène began the career with internships in community management and account/project management at Wooclap and Emakina, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing Communication and Advertising from IHECS, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from the same institution, along with additional education at Lomonosov Moscow State University and other schools.
