Jan-Martin Josten

Jan-Martin Josten has a diverse work experience. From 2014, they have been the Founder and CEO of shyftplan.com, a comprehensive employee management solution. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2014, they served as the Founder (CEO/CIO) of pijajo UG. Jan-Martin also worked as a Researcher at Zuse Institute Berlin from 2011 to 2012, as a Groupleader, Coach, and Moderator at InterCris from 2007 to 2012, and as a Researcher at Charité in 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Researcher at Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics from 2010 to 2010. Jan-Martin Josten also founded Solidarity Trade and served as its CEO/CIO from 2009 to 2010.

Jan-Martin Josten obtained their Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics from Freie Universität Berlin, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Jan-Martin further pursued their education in the field and completed a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from the same institution, studying from 2010 to 2012.
