Sifatul Jannat, CSM®, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Sifatul has worked in various roles and positions in different companies.

Sifatul started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the American International University-Bangladesh in May 2013. In May 2014, they joined Binary Quest Limited as a Jr Software Engineer (Test) before moving on to Fiber @ Home Ltd. in June 2015 as an SQA Engineer.

In January 2017, Sifatul joined the Edison Group (Symphony Mobile & Accessories, Siemens) as a Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they stayed until October 2020. During their time at Edison Group, they gained valuable experience in software testing and quality assurance.

From October 2020 to February 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Medina Tech. Sifatul then took on the role of Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at the same company from February 2021 to September 2021.

In September 2021, Sifatul joined BJIT as a Senior SQA Engineer and worked there until June 2022.

Currently, they are working as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at shyftplan GmbH, starting in January 2023.

Sifatul Jannat, CSM®, has a diverse education history. Sifatul obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science from Freie Universität Berlin in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering (CSSE) from American International University-Bangladesh. Sifatul also holds a Higher School Certificate in Science from Khoksa College, Kushtia, and a Secondary School Certificate in Science from Khoksa Janipur Pilot Girls' High School, Kushtia.

In addition to their formal education, Sifatul Jannat has acquired various certifications to enhance their skill set.
