Vidhi Dheer

Vidhi Dheer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Vidhi most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Shypmax starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant General Manager at Shriram Automall from September 2020 to April 2022. Before that, they held the position of HOD - HR at boodmo - spare parts expert from December 2018 to June 2020. Vidhi also worked at Shriram Automall from February 2011 to November 2018, first as the Chief Manager of HRD and then as a Senior Manager of HRD. Their earlier experience includes working as the Manager of HR at Worldwide Machinery Solutions from June 2008 to January 2011 and as part of the Operations team at IBM Global Process Services from August 2007 to May 2008.

Vidhi Dheer completed their education at XLRI Jamshedpur, where they obtained a PGCHRM degree in Human Resources in 2012. Prior to that, they attended IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Jaipur, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, Vidhi has obtained various certifications including an ETHRWorld Employer Branding Certification Program in 2022 and several certifications from the Institute of HRD in HR Audit (2021), Competency Mapping, Assessment & Development (2021), HR Analytics (2020), and HR Transformation through Design Thinking (2020). Vidhi has also completed courses on talent development for leaders, conflict management with emotional intelligence, and writing quality procedures & SOPs.
