Britt Dielemans

Britt Dielemans has had a diverse work experience, beginning with a part-time job as a Junior Consultant at WR Werving.Selectie in 2016. In 2018, they began working as a Teaching Assistant at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and as a Project Manager of the 41st STAR Board at STAR Study Association Rotterdam School of Management. In 2020, they began working at KPMG as a Graduate Intern Business Transformation Microsoft Consulting and at Shypple as a Medior Product Owner and Junior Product Owner, responsible for the day-to-day management of an Agile scrum team, delivering the product roadmap for their owned domains and aligning with stakeholders on feature requests and requirements. As a Product Owner at Shypple, they also fulfilled the tasks of a Scrum Master and software tester, as well as developing and executing the quarterly and yearly product strategy.

Britt Dielemans has a diverse educational background. From 2008 to 2015, they attended Mencia de Mendoza Lyceum for Bilingual Pre-University Education. From 2015 to 2018, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In 2017, they also completed a Bachelor Exchange at National Chengchi University in the College of Commerce. In 2019 to 2020, they completed a Master of Science in Business Information Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications, such as a DELF B1 from Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) in 2015, an International Baccalaureate Certificate in English Language and Literature from The International Baccalaureate in 2015, a Goethe-Zertifikat B2 from Goethe-Institut e.V. in 2015, and a Cambridge English: Advanced from Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2012.
