Floor van Gent

Floor van Gent has diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

From May 2023 to the present, Floor worked as a People Operations Specialist at Shypple.

In 2022, Floor was an HR-stagiair at BOSKA from January to June.

In September 2020, Floor started as an HR-stagiair at Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam-Rijnmond and worked until February 2021.

Prior to this, Floor had another HR-stagiair role at Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam-Rijnmond from February to May 2020.

From May 2017 to December 2018, Floor worked as a Horecamedewerker at Rent A Butler en &CO.

Floor also has experience as a Hockeytrainer at Hockey Vereniging Victoria, where they were responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, coaching, and fostering a positive environment from September 2015 to June 2016.

During this time, they also pursued a minor in Communication, specializing in change management and internal communication, at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained their Propedeuse in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Rotterdam in August 2018. In July 2022, Floor van Gent completed their Bachelor's degree in HRM from Hogeschool Rotterdam.
