Sarwat Izhar, PE, MBA, ENV SP, has extensive work experience as a President at SI Engineering, P.C. since 2003, where they are known for providing high-quality consulting engineering services and building strong relationships with clients. In 2012, they also served as President at SIE, where they managed the lighting and electrical design for the Hugh L. Carey tunnel project in New York City.

Sarwat Izhar has a Master's degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. They also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the NED University of Engineering and Technology. In 2013, Sarwat Izhar pursued an additional Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, General from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, which was completed in 2016.
