Karim M'Hammed is an experienced professional with a substantial background in process improvement and lean management. Currently serving as the Regional Process Improvement Leader for EMEA at SI Group since June 2022, Karim has held various leadership positions across multiple companies, including a tenure as Lean Manager at SICPA from December 2012 to June 2022 and Alcon Laboratories, Inc. from September 2009 to December 2012. Earlier in the career, Karim worked as a Logistic Project Manager at Sanden and as a Production Manager at Faurecia, overseeing assembly line operations and logistics departments. Educational qualifications include a degree in organization and production management from Faculté des sciences appliquées Béthune, attained between 1999 and 2000.
